Requirements:
3+ years experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in platform or infrastructure domains.
5+ years of experience as a backend developer.
Deep knowledge of at least one of C#, .Net, .Net Core
Strong experience with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design patterns.
Proficient in multithreading, Object-Oriented programming, and asynchronous patterns.
Broad experience in designing, executing, and delivering platform services and shared infrastructure.
Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, and operational best practices.
Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills.
Degree in computer science or equivalent.
Bonus Points:
Experience building platforms for enterprise security products.
Knowledge of Active Directory/Entra ID.
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures.
Understanding of multi-tenancy patterns and isolation strategies.
Excellent troubleshooting and incident management skills.
