we are seeking an experienced Engineering Team Lead to head one of our three engineering teams. This team will comprise BE, FE and mobile developers, and a QA engineer. Strong technical background and professional experience in backend development, experience in Node.js and TypeScript is an advantage.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and familiarity with DevOps practices is an advantage.
