Required Staff DevOps Engineer

As a Staff DevOps Engineer, you will own production infrastructure across our cloud environments and work closely with platform, dev-infra and automation tests teams to drive operational excellence. You need to be ready to lead cross-team initiatives, proactively identify areas for optimization, and define scope both for yourself and the team.
You will be responsible for:
Keeping production stable and working, having a dedicated team as a first line of support
Improvement of existing CI/CD processes based on the feedback from product and infra teams
Improving the organization's FinOps posture.

Requirements:
7+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer
Experience with FinOps best practices, including identifying excessive cloud spending across different categories
Experience leading complex infrastructure projects (e.g. migration from one cloud provider to another)
Experience with AWS: RDS, Networking, EKS, EC2, Fargate
Experience implementing and designing disaster recovery strategies
Experience with IaaC-based infrastructure
Proficiency in Python/Go, as most of the infrastructure components are written in these languages.
