Job description:
Responsible for all recruitments in the company, including OS for customers and recruitment of internal employees for the company. Accompanying the recruitment process from the screening of a certificate, locating candidates on social networks, telephone interviews and frontal interviews to the stage of a contract with the candidate. Talks and retention of employees in the company.
Requirements:
* At least two years of experience in technological recruitment – required
* Experience in recruiting in the field of information security – a significant advantage
* Experience in advertising and promoting jobs on social networks and mandatory advertising sites
* Experience in frontal interviews – required
* Important for the job: responsibility, order, creativity and good interpersonal skills !!!
