Managing taxi vouchers according to approved requests
Ordering, tracking, and distributing office supplies
Receiving deliveries and forwarding them to the relevant parties
Ongoing coordination with the Finance department
Handling facilities-related matters as needed

Previous experience in a global company – mandatory
Very high level of English (spoken & written) – mandatory
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Hours: Sun-Wed 08:30-17:30 | Thu 08:30-17:00
