Were building the internal tools that power our global payments infrastructure. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to focus on improving the everyday workflows of our internal teams. These include support, operations, compliance, and finance.

This role sits within the Portals Product Group and reports to the Head of Product Design. It requires someone who is confident operating with ownership and clarity.
What youll be working on:
This is a hands-on, UX-focused role. You will:
Simplify complex workflows and features in our internal backoffice tools
Conduct user interviews and shadowing sessions to understand needs deeply
Design dashboards, workflows, and tools that improve speed and accuracy
Partner closely with product managers and engineers to shape strategy and define solutions
Help lay the design foundation for scalable internal tools
Your mission is to turn the backoffice into a product that drives business efficiency.
