Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Orientation: Full responsibility for welcoming new employees and conducting on-site orientations.
Field Inspections: Performing regular visits to work sites and living quarters to monitor employee welfare.
Mediation Translation: Serving as a bridge and translator between workers and employers in the field.
Individual Support: Providing Real-Time solutions for personal, medical, and bureaucratic issues.
Collaboration: Working with multiple internal and external organizational interfaces.
The position includes a company vehicle!
Requirements:
Full proficiency in Thai (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) – Mandatory.
Valid Drivers License – Mandatory.
High-level Hebrew – advantage/
Previous experience working with foreign workers – Significant advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, assertive, and able to work independently.
Willingness for intensive field work and overtime as needed.
