About the Role:
Work with unique core systems in a VM/VSE environment
Maintain and develop system-level code for critical enterprise platforms
Perform version upgrades, software installations, and hardware integrations
Lead cross-organizational projects with a broad architectural perspective
Provide guidance and support to development teams (acting as a Lead Programmer)
Write detailed technical and functional specifications
Deliver creative and effective technological solutions for complex issues.

Extensive experience with MF systems and deep understanding of their architecture
Expertise in MF Assembler and JCL
Advantage: knowledge of REXX, PLI, and COBOL
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to learn independently and handle complex technological challenges
Availability for intensive work and meeting tight deadlines.
