Were looking for a Product Adoption Manager to help turn product capabilities into real, repeated usage by customers.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on one thing only: making sure customers actually use the product as part of their day-to-day work.
You will sit on the Revenue & Growth side of the organization and work closely with customers, revenue teams, and product, but you will not own the roadmap or build features.
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Revenue.
What you will do:
As Product Adoption Manager, your job is to drive real adoption, not explanations, not presentations, and not feature launches.
You will:
Work directly with customers to understand how they use the product in practice
Identify where customers get stuck, confused, or disengaged
Help customers move from initial activation to repeated, ongoing use
Join customer calls and conversations on a regular basis
Translate product capabilities into clear, actionable workflows for customers
Create simple, practical materials that help customers take action
Work closely with Account Managers and revenue teams to reinforce adoption
Provide structured feedback to Product teams based on real usage behavior

2-6 years of experience in a hands-on, customer-facing product role
Experience with SaaS or B2B software products
Background in onboarding, implementation, adoption, or post-sale growth
Experience working closely with Sales, Account Managers, or Revenue teams
