Responsibilities
TEST Design and Planning
Manual & Systems Testing
data -centric Testing (validation of data, calculations, and analytical outputs)
Reviewing reports and identifying inconsistencies or anomalies
Working closely with the development team
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Detail-oriented while grasping the bigger picture
Self-motivated and independent
Ability to learn and execute based on manuals and documentation
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable with basic math and numerical reasoning
Ability to spot anomalies or inconsistencies in data
Fluent English (reading and writing)
Passionate about quality
Advantages
Experience with data analysis or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation)
Database knowledge
Manual and/or Automation Testing experience
Relevant Degree
Experience in Performance testing
Familiarity with QA methodologies and development life cycle
Familiarity with Azure
Good Russian
Inquisitive, creative mindset
