Key Responsibilities:
Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for product launches and our evolved offering, ensuring stakeholder alignment across channels.
Product Messaging & Positioning: Define and refine strategic positioning and messaging to differentiate Agoras unique value in a way that resonates with our target market.
Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights, informing strategic product, marketing & messaging decisions.
Sales Enablement: Create impactful collateral (battlecards, slide decks, case studies) and narratives for the GTM team that highlight our capabilities and benefits.
Packaging & Pricing: Evolve pricing and packaging strategies aligned with customer value perceptions and market conditions to maximize revenue potential.
Metrics & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize product marketing initiatives, enhancing ARR impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
Minimum 3+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing, ideally within fintech.
Proven experience leading GTM strategies for comprehensive product offerings (beyond feature-level) in saturated markets.
Proven success managing complex product launches holistically.
Skilled in cross-functional leadership without formal authority, collaborating effectively at all organizational levels, including executives. Knows how to generate trust, ensure alignment, and build strong relationships with internal teams, providing advice and guidance. A person others love to work with.
Adept at guiding content creation across marketing channels, ensuring clarity, impact, and strategy execution at scale.
Strategic thinker with exceptional execution skills, balancing depth, quality, and speed. You know how to move necessary mountains and get things done, whether its developing strategic positioning with the CPO or writing new marketing e-mail content.
