Required Product Designer
About the Role:
As a Product Designer, you will take full ownership of the products user experience in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys shaping complex, data-driven products from concept to production.
Youll work closely with Product and Engineering to design intuitive experiences across web and mobile, with direct impact on how businesses and end users interact with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a deep understanding of the business, users, and product context in a fast-moving startup environment
Own the design process end-to-end: from discovery and concept through wireframes, flows, UI, micro-copy, and production
Translate complex product and data requirements into clear, intuitive experiences across web and mobile applications
Identify usability and UX challenges and solve them with smart, simple, and scalable design solutions
Lead design work in ambiguous problem spaces, taking strong ownership and making decisions independently
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Design or a related field
3+ years of experience in product/UI/UX design
Proven experience designing B2C/B2B/B2B2C products
Strong experience designing web and mobile applications
Expert-level proficiency in Figma
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and interaction design
Experience with user research, testing, and iterative design processes
Innovative mindset and experience working with AI tools as part of modern design workflows
Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and marketing stakeholders
Strong ownership mentality, independence, and ability to balance design quality with business and technical constraints.
