A Start -Up company in the Shfela region is looking for a Controller to work closely with the CFO and serve as their right hand.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements
Budgeting and ongoing budget control
Cash flow management
Managing two bookkeepers
Working with subsidiaries
Pricing, costing, and preparing analytical reports
Driving financial processes and supporting cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:
CPA with experience from one of the Big 4
~5 years of hands-on controllership experience in international companies
Very strong English
High self-motivation and ownership
Ability to work with multiple interfaces
Strong capability to lead and implement processes
