What am I going to do?:
* Daily work includes: operating Fiverrs user engagement platform from a technical point of view, working with data, analyzing & reporting, testing, HTML CSS, and QA
* Messaging workflow implementation process, and enhancements on existing and new flows
* Monitor campaign and related processes performance and make recommendations for improvement
* Translate business needs to technical processes in user engagement platform
* Work with Retention, Product, R&D, BI, and other Marketing teams for any operational requirements
* Manage the Retention platform database, implement metrics, data validation, and monitor to measure and improve the CRM operational processes
* Build campaign segmentation, and agreed contact/business rules
* Design, build, QA, and deploy emails, landing pages, and other CRM communications in multiple languages
* Meet daily deadlines and objectives in a fast-paced environment
* At least 1-2 years of experience with HTML & CSS and responsive design coding
* Familiarity with CMS concepts
* At least 2 years of experience with email marketing
* Hands-on experience with campaign management/engagement platforms
* Understanding data system concepts, databases, BI
* Familiarity with multi-lingual campaigns – an advantage
* Experience with back-end development – an advantage
* Experience writing SQL – an advantage
* Experience in a B2B SaaS company – an advantage
* High level of English – a must
