We are looking for a Help Desk Student to join our IT Support team.
The role involves providing first-line technical support to employees worldwide, covering our global operations .
Responsibilities:
Supporting users in multi-region environments & worldwide teams.
Managing users and permissions of cloud-based products.
Mastering, deploying, and supporting the latest technologies.
Handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
Managing computers and peripheral equipment.
Administering and maintaining business applications and systems.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience/certifications.
Availability to work in shifts (Morning/ Evening), including Fridays Min 3 shifts a week
Good basic understanding of information systems and a desire to learn more.
Good basic understanding of computer systems and willingness to learn about installing and maintaining peripheral equipment.
Service oriented, patient, and independent.
Fast learner with a proactive attitude.
Familiarity with Apple device MDM systems such as Jamf, Intune – advantage.
Familiarity with G Suite – advantage.
Knowledge of Atlassian products – advantage.
Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) – advantage.
Fluent English.
