As a Training Specialist, you will:
Lead onboarding processes for new clients and support effective product usage across existing customers
Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure training materials are aligned with ongoing technological developments
Design and develop training kits and educational content for intelligence-oriented technical solutions
Travel frequently to client sites worldwide (up to 30%), operating independently in the field, proactively solving problems and manage real-time challenges.
Requirements:
A solid background in technological domains
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Excellent presentation and client-facing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
High ownership mindset and strong independent project management capabilities
Proven experience in training design, content creation and delivery
It would be great if you also have:
A good understanding of the intelligence world
Additional spoken languages
Experience in working with training development tools (Moodle, Camtasia and Storyline).
