Key Responsibilities:
Drive a culture of data-informed decision-making to maximize product success and growth.
Act as the main analytical partner for your team and its key stakeholders.
Conduct in-depth analyses to reveal opportunities and shape the product roadmap.
Work with large and complex datasets to extract insights and translate them into practical recommendations for product improvements.
Build and manage dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and communicate findings effectively.
Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify opportunities for product optimization using data-backed insights.

Requirements:
Required Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role.
Strong command of SQL (mandatory).
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
Solid grasp of numerical analysis and business acumen: knowing when a simple metric is enough versus when advanced forecasting is required.
Comfortable handling uncertainty and complex challenges.
Enthusiastic about understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric product development.
Naturally curious, independent, and detail-oriented.
Proficient in advanced data analysis with large datasets using tools like Python, Pandas, R, and SQL.
