We are looking for a BI Team Lead to take ownership of our BI team, including technical leadership, prioritization, and stakeholder collaboration
Requirements:
Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
SQL Expertise: 5+ years of advanced SQL skills for querying and analyzing large, complex datasets (BigQuery experience is a plus).
End-to-End BI Experience: Proven experience in designing, building, and leading end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, data warehouses, BI tools, and presenting analytical insights to senior stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to define priorities, solve problems, and implement actionable solutions in a dynamic environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent ability to clearly articulate insights and foster collaboration across teams.
Self-Starter: Highly independent, motivated, and results-oriented, with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
