As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid campaigns primarily on social platforms (such as Facebook, YouTube, and more), with the opportunity to expand into search campaigns.
You will own the execution of evergreen and seasonal campaigns, initiate experiments, build new work methodologies, and hack new creative concepts.

You will work closely with our internal creative, product, BI, and analytics functions, as well as with our media partners.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in paid/social media large-scale ad campaigns
Proven experience managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising campaigns
Experience with global markets – an advantage
Experience with search campaigns – an advantage
Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven optimization approach
Youre both a builder, optimizer, strategist, and executor, demonstrating a unique ability to launch campaigns from scratch while always seeking to optimize bidding/targeting/audience/full funnel strategies
