Requirements:
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PM teams.
Proven track record scaling customer-centric fintech or payments products.
Experience owning vision, strategy, and execution for complex, multi-stakeholder systems.
Deep analytical rigor and strong decision-making anchored in customer insights and data.
Ability to influence at all levels-from engineering partners to senior executives.
Demonstrated success driving cross-functional alignment in highly regulated or operationally intensive domains.
Preferred
Experience with SaaS, AI, small business products, financial services, or money movement.
Demonstrated ability to scale zero-to-one offerings or accelerate mature products into breakout growth.
8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years leading PM teams.
