Responsibilities
Review and manage financial discrepancies
Handle communications with banks around the world, providing support
Handle communications with customers around the world
Recording and accepting payments from customers
Reconciling reports to third-party records such as bank statements
Work jointly with the business interfaces as part of ongoing work procedures and special projects
1-3 years relevant experience
Banking Background
International Transfers Specialist experience is a plus
Experience working with global customers
Familiarity with accounting softwares and and an advantage to proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office
Advantage – Familiarity with tax laws in various countries (VAT, WHT, etc.)
Familiarity with a wide range of financial transactions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Strong written communication skills
