We are seeking a strategic-thinking International Marketing Director to manage the international marketing activities, with the goal of recruiting international students to English taught undergraduate and graduate degrees.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the international schools global marketing strategy.
Produce and manage high-impact online and print marketing campaigns as well as sales activities.
Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including lead generation campaigns, social media content, and the writing/editing of digital and print assets.
Lead, train, and inspire the international marketing team.
Take overall responsibility for brand management and ensure a consistent corporate identity across all marketing channels.
Build and implement the annual marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:
Mother-tongue English and Hebrew is a MUST. Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree is a MUST.
Professional Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in team-management and international marketing management, preferably in the Jewish world. Technical Expertise: Tech-savvy with a firm understanding of evolving trends and full proficiency in Microsoft Office. Digital Skills: Proven track record with social media platforms ( facebook, LinkedIn, instagram, etc.), Campaign Management, SEO, PPC, Analytics, video production and various presentation softwares. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as a collaborative team player. Flexibility: Willingness to work non-traditional hours. Strong cultural intelligence and experience working with diverse, international audiences Excellent knowledge of the Jewish world and Jewish
