This is a full time position from our Tel Aviv offices.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimization.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
Build and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page recommendations.
Analyze performance data and prepare clear reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and marketing teams to align on goals.
Stay up to date with Google Ads updates, best practices, and industry trends.
2-3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Strong analytical skills and experience working with performance metrics.
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager – an advantage.
Proven experience with SEO- An advantage.
Solid understanding of performance funnels and conversion tracking.
Ability to manage budgets and optimize spend efficiently.
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Experience in e-commerce or lead generation – an advantage.
