This role focuses on creating high-performing short-form videos, from shaping raw footage and trends into compelling edits to filming original content that supports the overall narrative and creative direction
The scope includes 1-2 days of work from our Tel Aviv office.

Responsibilities:
Edit short-form videos with a strong sense of pacing, structure, and storytelling.
Shape raw footage into clear narratives (hook → story → punchline/message).
Create attention-grabbing openings within the first 2-3 seconds.
Adapt trends, sounds, and formats for the U.S. market.
Apply a fashion-focused eye to styling, movement, framing, and overall aesthetic.
Film content when needed (product, lifestyle, hands-only, POV, or creator-led).
Support content production from concept through final delivery.
Requirements:
Ability to work from the office and collaborate closely with our team.
Strong video editing skills with a clear storytelling mindset.
Deep understanding of short-form video dynamics and audience retention.
Solid knowledge of fashion, styling, and visual aesthetics.
Up-to-date familiarity with trends and formats in the U.S. market.
Ability to independently film high-quality content using a smartphone.
Creative, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.
High-level English (spoken and written).
Advantages:
Comfortable appearing on camera when needed (not a requirement).
Experience with UGC or brand-led content.
Understanding of digital marketing or performance-driven video.
Strong visual taste and aesthetic sense.
