Responsibilities:
Analyze and interpret marketing data, including customer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends, to identify insights and opportunities for business growth.
Leverage multiple complex big data sets to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and threats to our marketing operations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Use advanced analytics, data mining, business intelligence, and statistical tools, combined with a strategic and industry point of view, to drive marketing growth.
Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Be a leader in the marketing analysis field in the company.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field, with a track record of success in developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies, ideally from B2C mobile app companies.
At least 2 years of experience in leading teams, with a focus on mentoring, developing, and enhancing team capabilities.
Vast SQL experience with a solid understanding of databases.
Familiarity with visualization platforms like Looker or Tableau.
Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Strong problem-solving skills, conflict management skills, leadership skills, responsibility, and professionalism.
Experience with GCP – Advantage.
Proficiency in Python – Advantage.
