We are seeking a visionary and highly strategic VP Product Strategy to partner closely with our Chief Growth Officer in shaping the long-term direction of our product portfolio. This role will be responsible for defining, communicating, and driving a high-impact product strategy that aligns with our company vision and evolving market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to define and execute a multi-year product strategy.
Analyze markets, customers, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities, challenges, and areas of differentiation.
Translate market research, customer insights, and data into clear strategic recommendations and actionable product direction.
Articulate a compelling long-term product vision to executives, cross-functional teams, and the broader organization.
Leverage data, metrics, financial modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and prioritization.
Drive alignment across product, sales, marketing, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive execution of the strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience developing and executing product strategy at a senior or executive level, ideally within SaaS or B2B tech.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize data into insights and direction.
Deep customer and market understanding, with experience conducting and leveraging research for strategic planning.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Experience or deep knowledge in as many of the following domains as possible: CRM, ERP, CPQ, Billing solutions, and other sales-tech or finance-tech systems.
