We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reconciliation Manager to lead and manage a global reconciliation team operating across multiple jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Compliance, IT) to resolve discrepancies and streamline workflows.
Monitor and report on reconciliation KPIs, ensuring transparency and accountability across regions.
Stay up-to-date with international financial regulations and ensure team practices align with local compliance requirements.
Drive automation and system enhancements to improve reconciliation efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance management for team members across different time zones and cultures.
Support audits and regulatory reviews by providing accurate and timely reconciliation documentation.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage remote teams.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite ) and reconciliation platforms.
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
