This role is divided into two main areas of responsibility:
Marketing (50%):
Design marketing assets and visual materials for performance campaigns of the companys business activities in a variety of platforms such as Social, Native, Display, etc.
Create and maintain our marketplace websites, including designing new layouts and Facilitating A/B testing on existing pages, logos etc.
Create and Edit videos for our performance marketing activities for social media and internal brand content.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Product teams.
Business Materials (50%):
Create high-quality marketing presentations, sales decks, collateral materials, Inner brand, one-pagers, and more.
Design print assets, company swag, presentational templates, conference materials, and other promotional items.
Collaborate closely with Management and HR teams on internal and business-related design needs.
Work alongside company leadership to refine and enhance the overall brand and design direction.
3+ years of relevant design experience. Previous experience in a performance-based company is a must
Proven track record of creating innovative concepts for impactful campaigns across multiple media channels.
Strong experience in web design and A/B testing.
Skilled in designing product and marketing presentations, sales decks, and collateral materials.
Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and After Effects (Webflow experience is a plus).
A creative, imaginative, and curious approach to problem-solving and design.
Demonstrates strategic thinking by understanding and aligning business and customer needs, translating them into well-crafted design proposals.
Strong typography skills and attention to detail
Experience in video editing & After Effects experience
Showcases a portfolio with diverse projects, clearly highlighting individual contributions.
Highly proficient in English, with good verbal and written communication skills.
