Responsibilities:
Analyzing data from various sources and transforming it into actionable insights that directly drive business growth.
Building machine learning algorithms for bidding – using classification and clustering to optimize campaign performance.
Leveraging artificial intelligence (GenAI) techniques to query data for intelligent insights and automated decision-making processes, unlocking hidden value from data.
Leading tasks from exploration to proof of concept (POC) and ensuring smooth transitions to scalable production environments.
Collaborating with data engineers and product managers to ensure the delivery of high-quality production results.
Creating and owning key metrics while developing new models and capabilities for innovative product solutions.
Optimizing scalability and ensuring the performance of data pipelines and ML models, handling large-scale, dynamic datasets.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
Profound expertise in Python, SQL, and experience working with cloud-based ML pipelines.
Solid background in time series forecasting, clustering, classification, and predictive modeling.
Experience is performance marketing / AdTech / campaign management.
Experience managing large-scale datasets, coupled with a deep understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Strong analytical mindset combined with business acumen – ability to translate data into actionable insights for real-world impact.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of initiatives, and spearhead strategic data science projects from conception to execution.
Familiarity with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for machine learning deployment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and convey complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
