We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Learning Specialist to operate our professional training academy for external clients.
The position focuses on customer-facing training: online courses, webinars, seminars, digital events, and professional development programs delivered through our in-house academy.
As a Learning Specialist, you will plan, produce, and deliver high-quality digital and in-person learning experiences for our clients.
You will work closely with expert instructors, our marketing team, product teams, and operational staff to create smooth, professional, and impactful training offerings.

Experience in coordinating online courses, webinars, or professional training
Strong operational and organizational abilities
Hands-on experience with digital tools (Zoom, LMS platforms, webinar tech)
Excellent communication skills and service orientation
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently
Familiarity with financial/accounting/tax domains – advantage
High attention to detail and reliability
