Leverage expert knowledge of cloud networking data paths and implementation. Define, design, and drive the execution of high-impact troubleshooting solutions.
Set the team goal and roadmap, organizing task assignments, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional tech leaders to ensure successful system integrations, ultimately owning the overall health and reliability of the system and acting as a final escalation point for complex customer issues.

Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in software engineering, SRE, or developer operations (DevOps) roles focused on cloud infrastructure, networking, or distributed systems.
Experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or C++) for automation or tool development.
Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience developing or supporting observability tooling (e.g., Metrics, Logs, Traces) using platforms like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, ELK, or OpenTelemetry.
2 years of experience as a technical lead, product owner, or engineering manager, with a proven track record of setting technical direction and defining product roadmaps.
Experience in the networking implementation details of a cloud provider (e.g., VPC, peering, GKE/EKS networking).
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues in a public cloud environment (e.g., GCP).
