What youll do:
Research and develop end-to-end real-time solutions for sports content automation using state of the art deep learning algorithms for text, speech, audio and data analysis.
Full R&D cycle, from problem definition and research to implementation and productization with a high level of autonomy.
Develop the algorithms that drive our diverse range of products.
Combine deep language models, state-of-the-art Generative models and classical ML/NLP techniques to create high-quality solutions for demanding product-oriented NLP tasks.
Engage in collaboration with product, account, and customer success teams to establish success criteria and convert them into measurable objectives and quantitative measures.
Conduct training and evaluation of models within practical production scenarios.

Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/related field with a focus on AI/NLP/Computer Vision/ML from a well-known university.
Strong background, 3+ years of industry experience required in Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms.
Practical NLP experience.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Independence and ownership, ability to come up with innovative solutions and evaluate them quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
M.Sc or PHD.
Experience with advanced Generative AI techniques.
