What youll do:
Lead the development of core systems enabling clients to seamlessly publish highlights across social platforms and content delivery networks.
Responsible for new sports development and customization (with their relevant infra structure)
Drive the evolution of our core technologies and execute new strategic initiatives aligned with company goals
Own integrations with major social media platforms, CDNs, and asset management systems.
Mentor and support your teams technical growth and career development.
Collaborate closely with Product Management to define and deliver on the technical roadmap.

1+ years of experience leading software development teams.
4+ years of hands-on software development experience in Java / C#.
Strong proficiency with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Proven experience designing and operating large-scale distributed systems in the cloud, leveraging microservices, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Prometheus, Grafana, CI/CD, and related technologies.
Deep understanding of system architecture and API design.
A bias for action – you move fast from idea to execution and thrive in dynamic environments.
B.Sc. in Computer Science from a top-tier university.
Bonus Points:
Full-stack experience with C# and React.
Experience in the sports tech or digital media industry.
1+ years of experience leading software development teams.
