We are seeking an experienced and driven Full Stack Team Lead to manage and build a top-performing development team responsible for creating innovative, AI-driven features for our platform. This is not just a leadership role – you will recruit, mentor, and scale your team, ensuring strong collaboration, technical excellence, and timely delivery of high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.
Youll work closely with product, architecture, and other engineering leaders to set the teams vision, establish best practices, and create a culture of ownership and innovation.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience building production-level applications.
4+ years in a management role, including recruiting and scaling teams.
Hands-on experience with AWS and CI/CD pipeline implementation.
Proven backend experience with Node.js.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and large-scale system design.
Strong knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Excellent organizational and people management skills, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
