We are looking for a Studio Operations Manager to lead our studios workflow. Your mission will be to manage complex workflows, optimize resources and ensure quality delivery on tight deadlines. If you are a pro at turning creative challenges into structured success – you belong with us.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the daily heartbeat of the design and studio team. You will be responsible for assigning, tracking, and orchestrating all creative tasks to ensure the studio runs like a well-oiled machine.
* Producing accurate price quotes and work estimations (hours/resources) for new projects, ensuring profitability before work begins.
* Setting clear deadlines and schedules for every single task. You will monitor actual work times vs. planned schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
* Acting as the quality gatekeeper in two directions- reviewing briefs from Account Managers to ensure they are clear, complete, and ready for work and verifying that creative outputs meet the brief and high standards before delivery.
* Constantly analyzing studio performance to develop and implement new methods that improve efficiency, and upgrade work processes using DataPlus.

* 4-5 years of experience in Creative Traffic. Management/Operations/Project Management in an advertising/digital agency.
* High proficiency in DataPlus is a must. Experience with other project management tools (Monday/Asana/ClickUp) – an advantage.
* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.
* Assertive yet empathetic; able to drive work forward while maintaining a positive vibe with diverse work interfaces.
* Familiarity with digital formats (Social, Banners, LPs) and the production process required for each.
* Independency, responsibility, and a desire to develop like a Pokmon.
* Native Hebrew – required.
