What you will be doing
Manage investors and VIP external meetings for the CFO.
Manage complex calendars and meeting schedules for two C-level executives.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, anticipate needs, and resolve conflicts proactively.
Prepare agendas, take notes, and summarize meetings with clear action items.
Track progress and participate in the coordination of initiatives across HR processes and ensure timely follow-ups.
Support CHRO in the creation of presentations, reports, and materials as needed.
Support CHRO's day-to-day operations and cross-functional communication between teams.
Assist CHRO with budget tracking or approval processes when required.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior executives.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and other work-management tools.
A proactive, resourceful mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.
Excellent English and Hebrew.
Bachelors degree preferred.
