VPG is looking for a Business Demand Planner
Major Responsibilities:

– Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts across products and global markets.
– Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to create a unified and aligned demand outlook.
– Lead the S&OP process, including preparing materials, facilitating discussions, and presenting insights.
– Analyze market trends, historical performance, and customer data to generate business insights.
– Identify gaps between forecasts and actuals and recommend corrective actions.
– Work cross-functionally to ensure product availability and support growth targets.
