Youll collaborate deeply with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers, influencing product direction and ensuring design quality from first concepts to shipped features.
Youll also run lightweight UX research and usability testing, bringing insights directly into the design process.
What Youll DoL:
Design complex SaaS B2B workflows end-to-end.
Translate problems into clear, usable solutions.
Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs in Figma.
Strengthen and expand our design system for scale and consistency.
Partner daily with PMs, engineers, and other designers.
Run usability tests and incorporate findings into design decisions.
Contribute to our design culture by raising the bar on craft, clarity, and consistency.

Strong product mindset with experience shaping solutions end-to-end.
Deep Figma expertise, from early exploration to design systems.
Curiosity for technical domains security, developer tools, or complex workflows.
Experience with usability testing and research.
Excellent communication skills across cultures and teams.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and outcome-focused.
Proficiency in English.
