This is a highly hands-on role, requiring both strategic thinking and direct involvement in execution.
Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will lead the strategy and development of customer-facing web and mobile applications. Youll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across the company, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients and users with an AI-native mindset guiding every product decision.
The role also includes a relocation path to our Austin, TX headquarters, subject to company approval. Candidates with U.S. citizenship or work authorization may relocate immediately, while candidates without it may be eligible for relocation after approximately 612 months with the company.
Key Responsibilities
Own an end-to-end product line, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes; be accountable for line-level KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue/margin) and cross-functional execution.
Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including feature planning, user story creation, and testing
Define and prioritize product features and releases based on customer needs and business objectives
Partner with UX/UI designers and conduct user interviews to ensure the product delivers an intuitive and user-friendly experience
Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product development
Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously make data-driven improvements
Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Sensis solutions stay at the forefront of the in-home care industry
Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, CS, and other teams to ensure we are meeting the business needs
Bachelor's or higher degree, a technical or scientific discipline is an advantage
SaaS Product Management Expert: Minimum of 9 years of experience in product management for SaaS B2B products and 4 years leading a team. Proven success in leading end-to-end product management, including gathering requirements, developing features, launching, and managing large-scale web and mobile applications. Skilled at leveraging technical expertise to align product strategies with both user and business needs. An experience in AI-powered products and Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features is an advantage
Experience across at least two SaaS startups that matured their product from early stage to growth phase.
