Requirements:
* B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering – Mandatory.
* At least 10 years of experience working with complex systems involving hardware, software, and firmware – mandatory.
* Experience with radar systems – an advantage.
* Experience with RF testing equipment – an advantage.
* Experience in NPI (New Product Introduction processes) – an advantage.
* Experience in defense companies – an advantage.
* Systematic approach and strong troubleshooting skills.
* Multitasking ability and creativity.
* Ability to work in a team and interface with matrix organizations, good interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* High-level English proficiency.
