The Delivery Lifecycle (DLC) Manager is responsible for shaping, implementing, and embedding a consistent methodology for how initiatives are delivered across the organization. This role partners closely with product, engineering, and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability, and drives adoption of the defined process to achieve predictable, high-quality outcomes.
What you'll do:
Define the Methodology: Design and maintain a clear delivery lifecycle framework (stages, entry/exit criteria, governance model) that aligns with organizational goals.
Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Partner with Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure buy-in and consistent adoption of the lifecycle methodology.
Implement and Operationalize: Roll out the defined process across teams, including onboarding, training, and coaching to drive adoption and compliance.
Roadmap Planning Ceremony: Own and facilitate the roadmap planning process as part of delivery governancecreate templates, set agendas, align stakeholders, and ensure decisions and outcomes are documented and integrated into delivery tracking.
Monitor and Enforce: Track delivery adherence to the lifecycle framework, identify gaps, and ensure accountability at each stage.
Optimize Continuously: Gather feedback, review performance metrics, and iterate on the process to improve efficiency, visibility, and outcomes.
Reporting and Communication: Provide transparent reporting on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.

5+ years of experience in delivery management, program management, or process ownership in a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated success in defining and rolling out methodologies or frameworks across multiple teams or domains.
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and modern product development lifecycles.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Advantage:
