As a Product Designer, you will work as part of a cross-functional team, partnering with product and engineering to deliver smart, fun, and intuitive experiences.
– Partner with product and engineering teams to create a creative and productive workflow.
– Craft smart designs, integrating feedback from users and colleagues into your vision.
– Design flows, prototypes, sketches, and high-fidelity UI for your features.
– Work on multiple platforms to ensure a single-flow.
– Identify and troubleshoot UX problems in features you or others have implemented.
Requirements:
– **3+ Years of Experience**: Proven track record in a UX/UI design role with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful, pixel-perfect work.
– **Proficiency in Figma**: Expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design.
– **Startup Mindset**: An appreciation for the challenges and opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
– **Team Player**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
