3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar people-facing role, preferably in a global fast-moving tech company that believes that people are the heart of every great company.
Proven experience supporting managers and teams through growth, change, and scaling processes.
Strong understanding of organizational development, talent management, and engagement practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A true team player who connects easily with others.
A curious mindset, growth orientation, and a genuine passion for people.
