In this role, you will combine strong hands-on development with technical leadership. You will lead the team from a technological perspective, guiding technology decisions, ensuring best practices, and setting a high technical bar. You will serve as a technical reference for complex challenges while mentoring, inspiring, and enabling team members to grow.
Your focus will be on designing and scaling complex systems and Big Data pipelines, solving architectural and performance challenges, and driving innovation into our core products.
What Youll Do
Lead hands-on development of complex features and components from concept to deployment
Drive technical excellence: own architecture decisions, code quality, and development standards
Serve as the go-to technical expert and problem solver for the team
Mentor and coach engineers, supporting their growth and fostering knowledge sharing
Investigate and adopt new technologies, driving innovation into the product
Take ownership across the full development lifecycle: design, coding, testing, deployment, and production troubleshooting
Design for scalability, sustainability, and high performance in production-grade environments
At least 8 years of hands-on experience in developing data-oriented, highly complex products using Java/Python/other OOP languages – Must
Proven experience as a Tech Lead / Senior Engineer with leadership responsibilities
Experience in data processing frameworks such as Spark or Pandas (experience with Minio / Airflow an advantage)
Strong experience in production-level troubleshooting and SDLC methodologies
Experience with distributed databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis)
Experience working in Agile environments
Familiarity with AI tools to enhance and accelerate development workflows
Experience with developing microservices-based architectures
Experience working in container-based environments using tools such as K8s, Helm
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
