* Establish operational processes, workflows, and quality standards for the new teams
* Coordinate with other departments to integrate the new operation into the existing infrastructure
* Support technical onboarding of new employees.
* Work with AI and no-code automation tools.
* Track and oversee budget spending.
* Develop & maintain dashboards to enable visibility, control and support decision making.
* Prepare playbooks for employees and presentation materials for the client, while improving knowledge preservation and searchability.
* Improve collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing between teams and drive the adoption of best practices.
* Act as the team lead’s right hand and a go-to person for ad-hoc projects.

* Familiarity with Google workspace: apps (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Looker studio) and AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM).
* Recently completed a degree with honors (preferably in a technical or analytical field).
