Responsibilities:
Work closely with the VP R&D on daily priorities.
Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments and commitments.
Research, prioritize, and follow-up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the VP R&D, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
Plan, coordinate, and ensure the schedule is followed and respected.
Build, manage, and track the R&D department budget.
Arrange complex and detailed business travel plans, itineraries, and agendas Lead projects inside the R&D department and support projects across the company.
Prepare executive materia- e.g presentations and spreadsheets.
Lead and organize internal R&D events.
Create a positive and creative work environment.

3-5 years of experience supporting executives.
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Great interpersonal skills, service orientation.
High energy and assertiveness.
Excellent English – both verbal and written.
