Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of financial institutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
Lead client onboarding and provide strategic guidance (including on-site workshops), ensuring a comprehensive understanding and effective use of solutions.
Conduct detailed data analysis, including data mapping and integration processes, validating insights, and driving data remediation processes.
Perform performance monitoring and statistical analysis to optimize and enhance product usage, client satisfaction, and overall effectiveness of deployed solutions.
Respond to Business and Functional requirement requests
Design and write functional specs for customer requirements
Support the implementation team during users acceptance test
Work closely with business and technology units
Research, analyze and organize big data from both technical and business perspective
Analyze, specify, and validate new business requirements and participate in new product designs
3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Architect or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within Fintech or Banking technology sectors.
Experience working with global enterprise customers, with the ability to confidently lead client sessions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Statistics/data modeling/analytical background
Experience with writing detailed specifications
A Bachelor of Science Degree (BS) in industrial Engineering, Information systems and similar.
