We are looking for a motivated and service-oriented helpdesk Support (Tier 1) specialist to join our Technical Support team. In this role, you will be the
first point of contact for employees and customers, assisting with basic hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring a high level of customer
satisfaction.

Requirements:
02 years of experience in a helpdesk or IT Support position (entry-level candidat are welcome).

Familiarity with Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networks, and common office applications.
Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and work under supervision.
Technical English proficiency required.
Previous experience in a multidisciplinary (hardwaresoftware) company advantage.
