We are now seeking a visionary VP of Operations to join our leadership team in Israel. This executive role will oversee our U.S. headquarters facility and manage additional manufacturing sites worldwide driving operational excellence, innovation, and scalability across our network.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in operations and supply chain leadership, including 5+ years at a senior level managing multi-site and global teams
Strong background in fulfillment, logistics, procurement, and supply chain management in high-volume environments
Proven track record implementing ERP systems, WMS, automation, and process optimization
Ability to lead diverse, international teams across time zones and cultures
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (Hebrew proficiency a plus)
Experience in e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environments
