Requirements:
NPI / Product Engineer
📍 Location: North, Israel Were looking for an experienced NPI / Product Engineer to join a leading high-tech company developing multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electronics, and software). Responsibilities: Build and manage product documentation, BOMs, jigs, and tools. Act as the technical focal point between R&D, engineering, quality, and suppliers. Manage engineering activities with subcontractors and Turn-Key vendors (local & overseas). Lead ECO processes, FAIs, and validation of manufacturing processes. Support design for manufacturing and continuous improvement activities. Provide Technical Support for production and testing stages. Requirements: B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 4+ years of experience in NPI or manufacturing engineering of multidisciplinary products. Hands-on experience in product design and project management. Proven experience working with subcontractors and Turn-Key projects. Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew. Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
